You Will Need
For the salad, assemble:

Cucumber
, cut into long thin matchsticks

Pre-cooked red
Rice
50 g
Pre-cooked
Prawns

Spring Onions

1 tsp
Nori
(toasted seaweed) sprinkle
1 tsp
Poppy Seeds
For the dressing, mix:
1 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp
Light
Soy Sauce
1 tsp
Wasabi
powder
1 tsp
Ground Ginger
1 tsp
Toasted Sesame Oil
