Anyone else love comic book sound bubbles? The primary colors, wacky shapes, abundant exclamation points, irregular fonts, and short words that pack a punch...I love 'em! I also love cupcakes. So I combined the two and made comic book cupcake toppers. Boom!

Step 1
Cut out various star and sound bubble shapes. Each topper should have a background shape and a smaller shape that fits inside it.
Step 2
Pick some sounds. (Boom, Pow, Pop, Zap, Zip, Bang…) Cut out letters.
Step 3
Glue pieces together.
Step 4
Cut bbq skewer down to preferred size. Tape skewer to the back of sound bubble. Top those cupcakes!
