You Will Need

Step 1This is knit in a standard popcorn stitch. The pattern I used to come up with the sizing to fit this pillow is:
Cast on 40 stitches with a size 10.5 (US) needle
Row 1: Purl
Row 2: *(K1,P1,K1) all in same stitch, P3 together*
*Repeat this until the end of the row
Row 3: Purl
Row 4: *P3 together, (K1,P1,K1) all in same stitch*
*Repeat this until the end of the rowI repeated this 4 row pattern for 16 reps to get the length I was looking for.

Step 2Leave a long tail when you bind off so that you can start to sew up the sides using your preferred method of finishing.
Position the cover with the right sides touching each other and sew up two sides.

Step 3Insert pillow and finish sewing the pillow into the cover. Enjoy this great textured piece!
