Step 1
Gather Supplies (and make sure no one is going to use the cards for a poker game!)
Step 2
Take one card and pinch the bottom corners together.

Press the card flat against a table or somthing.

Glue the corners you pinched down.

Repeat with the other cards.

These are your petals!!!
Step 3
Glue each petal to each other like this.

Be careful to space them evenly!

There should be a hole in the middle (smaller than the bottle cap) when your done.
Step 4
Glue one side of the snap to the top of the bottle cap.
Step 5
Lace the elastic through two holes in the other half of the fastener (or Glue gun it). Then tie the elastic so it fits like a headband.
Step 6
No picture for this step. Try to fasten the snaps through the hole in the middle of the flower. Mine wouldn't snap so i hammered the middle of the flower against concrete to make it flat. Be careful! the cards almost got powdery (hard to explain, but it wasn't good). Also, I hit my finger. =( If you want you can hammer the tips of the "petals" to make them look torn (i was going to burn them but I used super glue and that might be flamable).
Step 7
After you snap the snap, put glue around the edge of it so it sticks to the cards.
Step 8
Wala! Your Flower is done! Now wear it and go partay!!!!
