You Will Need

Step 1Draw any shape you want on the fabric.

Step 2Cut out two layers of fabric and pin them together.

Step 3Sew the fabric together on your outline, but leave an opening (you will fill it later). Also trim around your shape.

Step 4Turn it inside out.

Step 5Fill the hole with rice.

Step 6Sew the unfinished part together.
To heat it up, just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
