Based on Playing Card Hairclip by Sarie
I actually used hot glue... And well... rather than just attatching a useful clip to it to start, I hot glued a peice of ribbon on with a gap, so I could use a clip, a bobby pin or even a safety pin.
I'm very happy with the result. ^_^
