hi i got a pair of chucks and a kinda tartan shirt i want to turn into some awesome shoes like the ones you made im just wondering how the hot glue went or if, like someone suggested, fabric glue would be better. and also did u only hot glue the rim ( so to speak) of the tartan fabric or the whole piece????

That looks cute. I think that hot glue not the perfekt deside.

I think the hot glue would hold up fine, but I'm sure the sharpie will fade over time. Any suggestions? Paint maybe?
