    Bring milk to almost (but not quite) boiling in saucepan over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Whist rice flour into milk, then whisk, continuing to heat until mixture starts to thicken.

  • Step 3

    Whisk in remaining ingredients and heat until desired drinking temp.

  • Step 4

    Transfer to serving cups and top with a small sprinkle of dried rose petals.

    Enjoy! Makes about 4 - 8oz servings
