Pirate Costume

Handsome little pirate, made for Halloween 2010.
This pirate costume was made from a commercial pattern with a few modifications. The coat is velvet with gold braided trim. The vest is made from velveteen and the buttons on both coat and vest are old fashioned and chosen to suit the style. The pants are made of cotton and I'm not sure what the boot covers are made of; a medium weight material that had a slightly suede feel to it. The shirt is made of printed cotton.
