I made this necklace with a pewter ribcage charm from etsy. The black acrylic beaded chain is also from etsy - I like it because it reminds me of the chain they make rosarys out of. I used a bit of silver wire to attatch the crystal heart, and then measured out two lengths of chain, then closed the whole thing up with a simple barrel clasp.
Sorry there's so much going on in the other 2 pics - those are the gear necklaces I made, and also another one I made with a spider charm and a crystal heart (and more of the black acrylic beaded chain stuff) =]
