• 

  Step 1

  First find out the size of your picture frame and make a template out of paper to save wastage on fabric

• 

  Step 2

  And cut out the shapes from fabric (remember to add 0.5cm around it so you can press the raw edge underneath)

• Step 3

  I stuck on the flags with Bondaweb and went around the shapes in zig zag stitch

• 

  Step 4

  I hand-sewed the bunting thread on
