You Will Need

Step 1
cut out the front and the back of the box.

Step 2
prepare some segments for your book and with use of the coptic stitch, sew the cover and back on to the segments.

Step 3
make it as thick or slim as you want, and you can use the sides of the box as a book mark.
sorry i haven't got any detailed pictures! Just use any binding method you like or are familiar with.
