Peppermint Bars
These are a nice, sweet treat bar.
You can colour the peppermint mixture green if you wish.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Sift flour, add coconut & brown sugar.
Stir to combine.

Step 2Add the butter & stir to combine & crumbly

Step 3Press into a tin.

Step 4Bake for 20 mins.

Step 5Melt the coconut oil.

Step 6Add the icing sugar, milk & peppermint.
Mix to combine.

Step 7Spread the peppermint mixture over the warm base.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 8Melt the chocolate & oil together.

Step 9Pour chocolate over the peppermint mixture.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 10Cut into squares.
Serve.
