Step 1
Combine all ingredients except Rice Krispie.
Step 2
Heat until melted & combined.

Pour over the Rice Krispie.

Stir to coat.
Step 3
Pour into a tin. Press down.

Leave to set.
Step 4
Melt chocolate topping.

Pour over set bars.

Allow to set again.
Step 5
Cut into bars .

Serve.
