This iced tea inspired martini combines Chilgrove Gin with fresh peach, simple syrup and earl grey tea for a delicious sweet cocktail.

Step 1Cut up the peach, saving a slice for garnish, and place in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2Add the Chilgrove gin and shake really really well to break up the fruit.

Step 3Add the chilled tea and simple syrup and shake once more.

Step 4Strain into a cocktail glass.

Step 5Serve with the slice of peach as garnish.
