Pb & J Bars from the Fat Witch Bakery

When I went to the Fat Witch Bakery in Chelsea Market, I had a PB & J Bar. It was heavenly!

I bought the two Fat Witch cookbooks. The books are gorgeous inside, with plenty of mouth-watering photographs of the finished product.

Be aware that every recipe requires a 9×9 inch pan, since that is what the author used in her apartment.
