You Will Need

Step 1Make the dough...
Mix the dough ingredients together.
Kneed until smooth & elastic.
You may need more flour or water just add a little at a time.

Step 2Place on a tray & cover with cling film for approximately 1 hr.

Step 3Kneed the dough & roll out to fit a tray.
Cover & leave to rise for a further 10 mins.

Step 4Bake in a pre heated oven 190 degrees for 10-15 mins until golden.
It will puff up but don't worry, it will go flat when cooling.

Step 5Remove from the oven.
Spread with sauce.

Step 6Top with your choice of toppings.

Step 7Top with cheese.

Step 8Place back in the oven for 10-15 mins until the cheese is melted.

Step 9Slice & serve.
