Olive Loaf Good for eating with your favourite flavoured oil.
Heat oven 350/180 degrees.
Whisk eggs until pale & creamy.
Add salt, pepper, olive oil, yogurt.
Stir through.
Fold in flour.
Fold in olives.
pour into a tin.
Bake for 35 mins.
Cut & serve.
