• 

  Step 1

  Lay out a tank top. it doesnt have to be old, since there is no sewing. so u can always were it again later(:

  flip it inside out

• 

  Step 2

  now tie the bottem with a rubber band

• 

  Step 3

  turn it inside out. The rubber band tail thingy is now invisible (its inside ur bag) and u have a new bag!!! :D

•
