  Step 1

  Very easy recipe...as you see there are not that many ingredients.
  So you take a big bowl were you're gonna make the composition: mix the butter with the powder sugar really well.

  Step 2

  Then you add the smashed nuts and the flour untill you get a composition-not too soft..but not too hard.
  After that you peel a lemon and you use the skin and a spoon of lemon juice for the composition.

  Step 3

  Remember to smash those nuts very well.And if you do not have nuts..you can use peanuts,almonds,cashew or whatever you like!

  Step 4

  After you finish mixing the ingredients you make a sheet of the dough and you make different shapes...like the one i made.Make sure it is a thin sheet(not very very thin)so it will bake correctly.

  Step 5

  Now put the cookies on a tray without doing anything to the tray.Cook this at high fire for like 15 minutes and check them everytime so they don't burn :)

  P.S:If you do not like nuts do not try this recipe.
