I made them to sell at a Christmas Stall that I am doing :D
You Will Need

Step 1
Get your plain notebook

Step 2
Measure out the length of the ribbons that you need

Step 3
Arrange them in your chosen order, and stick down using DSST.
Fold over the raw ends, to the inside of the notebook cover.

Step 4
Then cover those raw ends by putting a piece of coloured paper on the inside of the face of the notebook.
