I kept seeing pics of tutus and was like wow i want one one. And then i got invited to an anime convention and needed an outfit so i decided on the tutu... It cost me about $14.00 to make. I got tons of compliments on it... it was quite poofy (can't really tell by the pic).

3-4 of the rolls of tulle. It was okay around the waist, but it did made my legs itch if i sat down.

I used a lot of tulle. I used 3-4 of the 6" X25 yd. spools of tulle. Also, I used regular tulle, not the diamond mesh (diamond mesh is soft and doesn't hold it's shape).
