• 

  Step 1

  first, we need TISSUE-PAPER, glue and of course scissors.
  TISSUE-PAPER, I took pink but my first ring was light pink.

  Step 2

  than we cut down circle things ( i don't know how to say it in english :))

  Step 3

  at the end we should put it in the right order ( first the biggest once, then smaller). it should look something like this.

  Step 4

  then you should crush it to the middle. look at the picture

• 

  Step 5

  at the end it should look sth like this. oh you also have to link it with ring (sorry but i don't know how to say it)

  look at pictures if you don't know what i want to say.
  in my opinion this is quite easy
  ( even me done it so... :D)
