You Will Need

Step 1Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add flour, corn flour & coconut.
Mix to form a dough.
Chill in fridge for 30 mins.

Step 3Heat oven 320/160 degrees.
Roll & cut dough (1cm thickness)
Bake for 10-12 mins.

Step 4Sprinkle with extra sugar.

Step 5Serve.
