Step 1
Cut strips of newspaper, printer paper, or magazine sheets.

Step 2
Staple them into a figure 8 shape.

Step 3
Stack them and staple in the center.

Step 4
That's it, attach to a gift, or decorate your bulletin board, your room, your door, or use it for wedding decorations.
