You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 175/350 degrees.
Chocolate cake...
In a bowl combine cocoa, bicarb & water.
Allow to cool for 5 mins.

Step 2With a hand whisk mix together butter, oil, sugar, vanilla & salt.

Step 3Add egg & yolk.

Step 4Add cream & cocoa mixture.

Step 5Gently mix in flour.

Step 6Spoon 2 tbsp into baking cases.
Set aside.

Step 7White cake...
Mix together flour, baking powder & salt.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 8Mix together egg whites, vanilla & milk.
Add 1/2 to the butter mixture.

Step 9Add 1/3 of the flour to the butter mixture.

Step 10Alternatively Add the flour & egg mixture until all ingredients are combined.

Step 11Spoon mixture on top of chocolate mixture.
Bake for 16-19 mins until cooked through.

Step 12Butter cream...
Combine allow ingredients together.

Step 13Pipe on top of the Cupcakes.

Step 14Serve.
