This was the perfect way to celebrate National Beer Day
This makes for a cocktail with a nice, almost floral, taste to it. The ginger and botanical's in the gin cover over a multitude of sins, including light beer. Truthfully you could do this with just about any light beer or lager that you might have on hand, if you’re looking to give it a nice fresh taste.

You Will Need

Step 1Take the gin, ice, sliced ginger and your splash of lemon juice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled. Pour into a glass, top with your beer then finish off with your splash of OJ.
