Step 1Place the glass cabouchon rounded side down and apply the first coat of your glitter nail varnish.
Once this is dry continue to add layers until you are happy with the result. ( I painted three coats on to mine )
Do the same with the solid colour nail varnish ( again I did three coats )
When dry, glue the cabouchon in to the pendant setting.
That's it.
