Express your feelings and emotions on this inspirational little board!
Mood boards are wonderful for getting inspiration. For instance, most of my projects are designed and made from inspiration. I love that word. Inspiration. Absolutely Inspirational. Anyway here are some top tips:
Always choose things that you like, to put on your board,
Pressed flowers look great on mood boards
I recommend using silver drawing pins because they sort of blend in and don't take up lots of space!

P.S I did this mood board purely out of a magazine and I still think it looks really cool - so don't worry if you don't have lots of fancy things to put on your board!

  • Step 1

First find a clean and clear space - like a table or a big space on the floor - and lay everything out that you need.

  • Step 2

Flick through magazines, rummage through vintage shops and snap some new photos - these are great ways to find things to put on your board. Sometimes you can find some real treasures! Like vintage stamps, pretty pictures and interesting images.

  • Step 3

Once you've collected your mini masterpieces (bits+ bobs!) you can start to arrange them onto your board. Sometimes it's quite nice to separate them in groups. Colour and themed groups work the best.

Afterwards, hang your work up on the wall.

  • Step 4

Now, step back and admire your imaginative masterpiece!
