A fruity cocktail that actually utilizes Absinthe in a way I don't totally hate.
I have a deep seated hatred of absinthe, and really all things that even remotely resemble licorice, but this cocktail is really kind of the exception. This is probably because the only taste of Absinthe that you get is at the very end and everything else is so much more powerful that you barely notice it. Once the drink warmed a bit though it does become more pronounced, so I suggest that you drink it quickly if you don’t want that particular flavor profile resting on your tongue.
