You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe.
It tastes brilliant.
You can add more or less mint to give it a stronger flavour.

Step 1Whisk the sugar & eggs together until pale.

Step 2Add the cream & milk.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Add the mint extract & colouring.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Pour into the ice cream machine.
Churn for 1 hr.

Step 5Remove ice cream into a box & add the chocolate chips.
Stir through.

Step 6Serve.
