• 

  Step 1

  Gather your paper and sissors. Any color, but all I could find is white

  Step 2

  Cut a strip, it should look like this.

  Step 3

  Fold it over like this and take your long side and put it in the middle and pull, not too tight so it rips.

• Step 4

  One you pull it, press down so it looks like this. Now take your smaller part and make sure its on the side that has a V. Now fold it to the right or left, whatever side it makes it look flat. Once you have that cut it right before it ends. Tuck it in the little pouch.

  Step 5

  Now take the bigger part and turn it so it looks like a V. Once you have that fold it to the right, or whatever side makes it flat. Now flip and make it go the other way.

  Step 6

  When you get close to the end, cut it just like you did for step 4 and tuck it in.

• 

  Step 7

  It should look like this. Pinch the sides around the corners and do this for all of them. Make sure it puffs out.

  Step 8

  Now it should look like this. If you want you can spray paint it if you dont like the color. I have a white star so I'm going to paint it silver.

  Step 9

  This is what mine looks like. If yours doesn't, you must have done something wrong.
