Step 1
Start at one corner of your canvas, lay and thumbtack your ribbons, alternating colors
Step 2
Lay more ribbon in the opposite direction, so that your making rhombuses or diamonds.
Step 3
Place a thumbtack each place that a ribbon crosses on your canvas.
