Dee.S In the UK they're called Hama Beads. Just search that and you'll find loads of places to get them. I think mine are from Argos.

I am so loving this project, however, I don't where to get the beads. I am not sure if we have 'iron beads' in the UK. If anyone knows where I can them please let me know.

That's cute! I have a ton of those beads from when I went through a hama bead phase when I was younger. I wonder where they are now. My headphones are missing again too..sadface.

I've got so much these kind of beads. I was about to take them to fleemarket, 'cause I just need them. But now I know what to do with them. And they all are in neon colours ^^

I've got the same beads as you! bought it in IKEA. I'm gonna try it now!

ze noemen het hier hama beads, heb ik ontdekt, word soms wel erg moedeloos van al die soorten maten en merken die je in het engels moet zien te vertalen, dus dacht misschien handig voor je om het ook te weten, zit soms zo bij andere te speaken om er achter te komen hoe dat soort dingen het best kunt vertalen .LOL)

Mine don't seem to fall, off. But I wouldn't shake them around or anything, haha. I put it in my bag all the time, and they haven't fallen off so far. So for everyday use it seems that they're fine (:
