I always look at this tute and wonder how the neck area would fit me, since I have quite a full bust and super-short waist. I did the math to get the back higher than the front and the armhole down low enough to not cut into my underarm. ALSO! Don't forget to make space for the seams, and a facing is identical to the top and easy enough to connect at the neck and fold under to create the elastic arm hole.
