League Of Legends Morgana (Regular Skin Skirt)

Working on instructions and pattern (.pdf) for this project.
Long story short I made the League of Legends regular skin skirt for a friend... She has to Work in costumes, so I made it in two parts so she could wear the Whole skirt or just the short over skirt. It helps with the layering effect of the design.

Ok so, the Skirt pattern as a PDF and instructions are coming - for the cleverest of you - just seeing HOW I did it is all you need so her you go. i

I put it over a petty coat, to give it the full flare effect.

For the 3d "Studs" I make circles in plastic from lids took 3 layers or so of Felt in a graduated size IE I used a quarter for two layers and a nickel for the last one. I used your basic fabric yo yo http://pinwheelponders.blogspot.com/2009/08/yo-yo-template.html
