Based on Lace Victorian Ring by InoL.
I didn't have any felt, but using normal fabric worked just fine. I also didn't find any strong enough glue, so I had to sew on the ring base and the chain. The chain part was a bit tricky, and I later realised I should probably have added some more stuffing, but overall I'm quite pleased with it :)
