Cute Hair Pin Madness
I was inspired by Grace C's Lace Flowers. I got fancy with the black rose and added feathers to a hair clip. These would look awesome as little brooches too!

    Supplies Not Appearing In This Picture: Hot Glue Gun.

    Cut 16 inches (45 centimeters) of lace and get your thread ready!

    Fold over a small part of the end of the lace and stitch it a few times. The lace I found has a nice netting on the bottom for easy sewing.

    Role 4 inches (about 11 centimeters) of the lace. Put the needle through all the bottom netting a few times and tie it. (Does that make sense? If not I will put up a video...)

    This will make the inner bud tight.

    Continue to wrap the lace around your rose bud. It's ok if the bud moves up, it makes it look legit. Stitch the netting a few times and get it nice and tight.

    Cut a slightly larger circle of craft foam to hot glue to your hair pin. Glue the leaf to the craft foam base and PRESS HARD!

    Step 6

    Put a lot of glue at the base of your rose and PRESS HARD (without messing up your nice work) to the leaf on the pin.
