Knitted Headphone Band

Since my headphones are slowly crapping out on me, though they do still work quite well, the headband part is just falling apart and I"m starting to see flakes fall when I put the headphones on and off. So to keep that from happening and to just preserve the headband, I decided to knit a band around it. I used cotton and of course the 1/2 linen stitch.
Now I just have to figure out how to revamp the ear pads. If I figure out a way to knit/ or sew new covers for those I'll put them up. But for now....this at least keeps the plastic from flaking off more on the headband part.
