• 

  Step 1

  first, paint all your nails black. you may want two coats, depending on the brand.

  let it dry completely!!

  Step 2

  paint a very thin layer of white or silver, you should be able to kind of see the black.

  Let it dry completely!!

  Step 3

  now the fun starts. put on a thick layer of purple. allow it to dry for a minute or two, but not completely. then take a tissue and smudge it a lot. wipe some off entirely, thin some out, just add texture to another, it's up to you! the point is to make it look messy.

  Then let the purple dry.

  Note: sorry it's rather hard to see, my webcam is crappy.

  Step 4

  now add some green. I had a mini brush, so just painted a little hear and there. If you have a steady hand, you can write "y so serious," that's ten letters!

  Let it dry

  Again, sorry for the bad quality

• Step 5

  this step is optional, but you'll probably want to add a top coat.
