This is a great cake to make in advance.
This needs to freeze for at least six hours.

You Will Need
Cake
Red Velvet Cake Mix
Ice cream
1 tin
Condensed Milk
1 tbsp
Vanilla
600 ml
Whipping Cream
Decorations

Step 1Cake...
Mix and bake the cake as per the instructions.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 2Ice cream...
Mix all ingredients together until thickened and incorporated.

Step 3Line the tin with cling film.
Slice the cake.
Layer up with cake and ice cream mixture.

Step 4Cover the top with cling & place in a freezer bag.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until needed.

Step 5Decorate...
Decorate as you wish.
