Step 1Make a ribbon heart

2. Cut out 2.5cm heart print grosgrain ribbon; rotate the left side of ribbon inward down to make an angle; rotate its right side inward up to make the other angle; a boat shape is formed. Glue the lower part

4. Stick the blue heart onto one end of the hair clip. -
Step 2Make a bow
1. Make a bow with 0.6cm red satin ribbon; glue it onto the center of ribbon heart.
