How To Make Curly Plushie Hair

• 

  Step 1

  First step cut strips of felt I usually cut between 30-50 strips at different lengths

  soak in water and rinse out

• 

  Step 2

  wrap around different sized pencils, paint brushes pens to give your curls different amounts of volume

  leave till they are dry between 5-6 hours make sure they are COMPLETELY DRY do not take them off if they are still damp!

• 

  Step 3

  when they dry you will have your own little spirals :)

  hot glue all the strips one at a time over your plushies head making sure to cover the bald spots you can use any colour and any character design you want I used two of my plushies to show you how different they can look with eh style :)

  have fun curl away!
