Fun way to make bouncy curls for your plushies

You Will Need

Step 1First step cut strips of felt I usually cut between 30-50 strips at different lengths
soak in water and rinse out

Step 2wrap around different sized pencils, paint brushes pens to give your curls different amounts of volume
leave till they are dry between 5-6 hours make sure they are COMPLETELY DRY do not take them off if they are still damp!

Step 3when they dry you will have your own little spirals :)
hot glue all the strips one at a time over your plushies head making sure to cover the bald spots you can use any colour and any character design you want I used two of my plushies to show you how different they can look with eh style :)
