You Will Need
-
Step 1- cut two tissue paper rectangles the same size.
- fold each one concertina style down the long edge. -
Step 2- fold each one in half & fan out the upper part of the bow to make it look fuller.
- glue the middle parts together -
Step 3- secure with ribbon or fold a strip of card to create a cube shape & - glue to the middle of the bow.
- use as you wish!
