Step 1
Wrap headband
Firstly you should prepare a 3.8cm red checked ribbon, a 2.5cm brown checked ribbon and three 0.6cm ribbons in red, green and brown. Wrap the headband with double-sided tape. Stick both sides of the red
checked ribbon with appropriate length to wrap the headband. Cut two strips of brown satin ribbon and glue them to wrap the ends of headband by covering the checked ribbon. -
Step 2
make a bow
Make sure the length of brown checked ribbon can make six loops at each side, firstly, use your forefinger and thumb to pinch the middle of the brow ribbon, then make a loop as the bottom layer and pinch it, continue to make the rest of five loops, note that simply decrease the ribbon length by 1" for each layer you add. Fold the other end in the same way; you will get a folded bow. Cut a strip of brown satin ribbon and stick it to cover the wrong side of the headband for embellishing.
