• 

  Step 1

  Cut the paper and felt pattern
  Cut paper patterns as is shown in picture 1: a big flower pattern and a large one. Cut the felt patterns in accordance with paper pieces.

  Step 2

  Cut the two rectangle felt
  Fold the large rectangle felt in half; use the scissors to cut the folded side into small pieces. Do the same with the small rectangle piece.

  Step 3

  Sew two smaller flowers
  Sew the flat side as you roll up the tooth mouth side felt. Do the same with the white piece.

  Step 4

  Make two types of flower
  Sew the two rolled flowers; make them stand. Sew the one end of the scattered petals; tie up the thread to make a circular shape.

  Step 5

  Stack the two flowers with scattered petals
  Sew the small flower on the big one at the top left; make the two piled up.

• 

  Step 6

  Combine leaves to the flowers
  Place two leaves felt; align one end of the two and sew. Sew the upright flowers on the sewed end of the leaves.

• 

  Step 7

  Sew a pin to the back of each flower.
