Make do and mend
The picture I've included was a smashed up Too Faced palette, the top was missing three colours completely, and the bottom was empty. I used eyeshadow from another palette using this method, and it looks as good as new.

You Will Need
-
Step 1
All you need is rubbing alcohol (best bought on line), a spray bottle, and some broken eyeshadow, or any powder makeup. Crush the eyeshadow up so it is as powdery as possible then spray the rubbing alchohol on it until it makes a paste (not too watery). Mush it into place in the empty make up palette and let dry completely. That's it.

TIP: it's also good to use a material cut out (like a piece of t-shit you no longer use) to place over the top of the wet shadow. this helps pack the shadow tightly and press out any excess alcohol. then leave to dry. The material will also give it that finished look
