Step 1
Add a little glue to the tile and place the fabric over the top. Once a little dried you can fold over the corners and glue the back.
Step 2
Use some hot glue to attach felt or cork on the bottom to save the surface you are placing them on!

Ta-da! Beautiful, custom coasters.
