Cook some Hippie Porridge with Beautiful Day Cafe, Wichita.

    Toast the old fashioned oats in skillet then put in 1.5 quart bowl with a lid. Mix in the chia meal, flax seed meal, sea salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil.

  • Step 2

    Then add the Vanilla Almond Milk and let soak over night and stir again. Add more milk if too thick.

  • Step 3

    Layer with yogurt, fruit, nuts and coconut 'whipped' cream.
    For coconut whipped cream, pour one can of coconut cream into jar and put into fridge for the night. Shake it up in the morning and top your porridge.
