Harry Potter Laptop Case

If only the sold laptop cases like this.
I made this using a simple tutorial. Isn't it awesome?!

The "HP" initials I did by drawing out the design on paper, cutting it out then tracing it onto the outer fabric. Pin the gold fabric behind it.
Sew along the line (both the outer and the gold fabric). Cut out the outer fabric within the sewn lines as close to the stitch as possible. Do Not cut the gold fabric behind it. Go back and sew a zigzag stitch over the lines to make them strong and voila. Then just finish your case as the tutorial said.

I love this case so much! Its more inspired by the book than the movie. Does anyone remember those Harry Potter collectables that were book related that came in purple and gold boxes? Anyone?
